Every patient is unique and may require special attention, but typically a visit with us will involve:

  • An in-depth conversation with our hearing healthcare professional regarding your history. This helps us determine the root causes of your hearing issues.
  • A complete and painless audiometric evaluation, including air and bone conduction testing and speech discrimination, tympanometry and video otoscopy tests.
  • A review of your current hearing issues and a discussion about your lifestyle to determine which type of hearing device, if necessary, may suit you best.
  • A review of pricing based upon our recommended hearing solution.

You will not be charged for hearing testing and consultations. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn about your hearing condition, and explore your options. We want you to feel comfortable with every decision that affects your hearing health, and we’re here to make that possible, with no strings attached.

We suggest that you bring a family member or close friend with you when you come for your appointment. He or she can be a helpful, familiar voice during some of the audio tests, and may offer additional insight about your hearing difficulties.
