Free Hearing Aid Batteries

Ahrens Hearing Center in Fairlawn New Jersey offers free hearing aid batteries as a part of our Complete Hearing Health Care program.

In order to ensure you receive the best batteries for your hearing device, we include free batteries with the purchase of hearing aids. Because there are so many battery manufacturers, and so many different "formulas" within each manufacturer, it can be difficult to know which batteries to purchase. Just as with other types of batteries, some hearing aid batteries are inferior. Poor quality batteries may not last very long causing you to believe that there is an issue with the hearing aid itself. Other inferior batteries may cause problems with the way the hearing aid works and sounds, and some come packaged with one or more dead batteries.

By providing free hearing aid batteries, we can be sure that you're receiving quality batteries that are made specifically for your instruments. Unlike other types of batteries, hearing aid batteries do not gradually lose power. They operate at full power and then abruptly stop working, so it is important to have plenty of extra batteries available. When you come in for your cleaning, we will provide a 4-month supply of free hearing aid batteries so that you'll always have them on hand when you need them.
